I came here after the Geek Squad told me that my power supply was bad, even though they saw it was charging my gaming laptop, and that I should order a new one using Amazon Prime so I could return it if it didnt solve the problem. Frank at Galactic had the problem diagnosed in 20 minutes and had a new motherboard ordered to fix the problem right away. My laptop works great and I am back in business. I highly recommend using Galactic for all your computer needs.

After much frustration with Windows Live Mail, I took my laptop to Galactic and was amazed to get it fixed that same afternoon for a very reasonable price. Frank was patient and kind with me and he handled things perfectly! I certainly would recommend this shop to others!

For months I didnt want to get my computer fixed because I was so worried about the price. I gave up and went into Galactic Computers and it was the best decision I ever made. They tell you upfront what they think is wrong, and then how much it may cost to fix it. I was lucky and it was only a loose cable that got fixed in a day. I came in Friday afternoon and by Saturday afternoon is was ready for pickup. My Dell laptop died. I took it to Frank at Galactic Computers and he soldered the mother board and fixed it. I then purchased a new external hard drive from him and he taught me how to back up my data. His services were reasonably priced. He was courteous, professional and fixed the problem quickly.

When my computer goes out, my business shuts down! I become anxious and frustrated. I call the shop, they are patient, kind and reassuring like a good medical doctor. They assure me of good results and I leave it in their hands. Quickly I am receiving a call that I can pick up my perfectly working computer. The shop always remembers to not only fix what I knew was broken but check for other details that will keep it running well in the future. I met Frank because I was looking for a specific computer and he had it. I try to recycle as much as I can and I appreciate the fact that he had a lot of great computers that he had refurbished.
